Why does my order status show 'Pending' in order history? Is something wrong?
A 'Pending' status indicates your order is queued for production. This is normal. Once production starts, it updates to 'Processing,' with email and SMS notifications. For updates, email hello@gruhome.in

Delivery and Shipping
Do you deliver to my location?
We ship to over 7,000 locations across India, covering furniture, furnishing, and pet furniture. Check your pin code on www.gruhome.in to confirm eligibility. Deliveries reach your building’s premises or as far as physically possible (e.g., ground or first floor). For higher floors, arrange your own manpower, as our logistics partners cannot deliver upstairs. Report damages within 7 days to hello@gruhome.in
Will delivery personnel open packages?
Delivery personnel are not authorized to open crates or packages, as their role is delivery only. Please cooperate and report issues to hello@gruhome.in.
I have ordered products with different shipping times together; when will I receive them?
