Refund policy

At Gruhome, we craft for longevity — but understand that occasionally, preferences change. Here’s how we handle returns & exchanges:

Change-of-Heart Returns (Within 7 Days of Delivery) -

Standard Customers (Gruhome Circle)

• Request a return/exchange within 7 days of delivery.
• A 15% restocking fee applies.
• Two-way shipping charges (delivery + return pickup) apply.
• Refund issued as store credit valid for 12 months.
• No cash refunds.

Gruhome Reserve Members

• First return/exchange free (no restocking fee + free pickup).
• From second return onward: 10% restocking fee, 50% off pickup charges.
• Refund issued to Gruhome Wallet (18 months validity).
• Priority pickup & faster processing.

Return Conditions

• Eligible: Products must be unused, uninstalled, undamaged, and in original packaging.
• Ineligible: Returns undergo a quality check after arrival at our facility.

Pickup & Refund Timeline

• Pickup arranged within 7–10 working days from return approval.
• Refund processed within 7 working days post-inspection.

Anti-Misuse Safeguards

• Return Limit: Maximum of 2 Change-of-Heart returns/year per customer.
• Condition Check: Returned products must pass quality inspection — damaged/used items are rejected and returned at customer’s expense.
• Non-Responsive Clause: If customer delays return pickup beyond 15 days or misses 2 pickup attempts, return eligibility is forfeited.
• Misrepresentation Clause: False claims, deliberate misuse of policy, or fraudulent behavior may result in order rejections and account suspension.
